About Freshers Challenge

Have you ever wondered how the SDGs relate to your life?

The Freshers Challenge, created by QS World Merit and promoted by AIESEC, in sponsorship with QS, is a one-of-a-kind, immersive “SDG Mapping Project” that unites passionate educationalists and students from universities in the United Kingdom to understand the SDGs in their local context and complexity.

The first week of university is an exciting time to discover something new. As universities invite their students to their campuses, the Freshers Challenge allows students to “Map the SDGs” in their new local context. The challenge aims to inspire students to immerse themselves in the issues surrounding the Sustainable Development Goals. As a Freshers Challenge student, you will gain experience in the SDGs to lead community action for social change.
